Where will I be met at the airport?

Pick up details will be arranged when making your reservation. Your pick up location will be determined by factors such as the airline you are flying, whether you have a carry on or checked baggage, and your personal preferences. In order to expedite your pick up, your driver will have your cell phone number. Please be sure to turn your phone on once you are off the plane. If you have any difficulty finding your driver, please call us immediately.

What if my flight is delayed?

Answer:

We always monitor flights with the airline so we know what your actual [as opposed to scheduled] arrival time will be. On those rare occasions when the airline misjudges the actual arrival time.

What if my plans change and I need to cancel my reservation?

Answer:

Due to the scheduling and time constraints of our business, please be sure to cancel 6 hours before your scheduled pick up time to avoid cancellation charges. Cancellation within 24 hours before scheduled pick up time will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip plus a 20% service fee.

Setting up a Reservation

Our office is available to assist you 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We request that you make all reservations at least 24 hours in advance.

Waiting Time

On trips that take you to the airport or other locations, the first 45 minutes of waiting time is free. For domestic arrivals at the airport, the first 30 minutes of waiting time are free as well. In the case of international arrivals, the first 90 minutes of waiting time is free. After this, waiting time will be charged at a specific rate.

Cancellations/Charges

You must schedule any changes or cancellations with our dispatch office at (631) 456-1628. This must be done at least six hours in advance. If you do not cancel or change the job before this deadline, you are responsible for the full fare and other related charges, unless otherwise specified.

Additional Charges

Our company determines the total charges for the trip at the completion of the ride. Invoices for our services include the fare, plus a 20% Gratuity and Service Charge. It also includes any charges for stops, which come to $15 per stop, as well as any parking charges.
